@kim2oden @seanmikalson , the change is large enough now that I think we should review it and get it out. A few smaller (but necessary) changes still left. Notably, the push notification triggered by firm up should notify users that have not been confirmed due to their votes that they should RSVP.

I can't find it anywhere but is there a check whether the time that the creator confirms is a future time? Do you guys think it is necessary to have that? If not then I'm good with this change (or if this is necessary it can be a change on its own).
