Duplicate Time suggestions #223

Looking at test data, activity 1, suggestion 1 and 4 both point to the same time. This is something we didn't originally planned to allow.

I think this isnt a bug, i think this is because we created those edges manually and forced what the nodes on each side is. If thise suggestions were created through our controllers, i dont think it wouldve happened?

That's correct @kim2oden. I was thinking about dB unique constraints but that doesn't make sense.
