Quotation Index Page

[x] Add Payment term in front of total
[ ] Please add PIC, Email, and Approval
[ ] Approval needs to be approved by the Head of Procurement
[x] Make the slip clickable to expend.

Create Quotation

[ ] PIC will auto-fix with the account name (refer purchase request code)
[x] Expiration Date->Quotation Expiry Date
[x] Quotation Items please add in Product Code
[x] Change Quantity->Quantity Unit
[x] Change Price (RM)->Price per Unit (RM),
[x] Remove Amount, Remove Tax.
[x] Please add in a new row call: Payment Term

Found an error when creating the quotation due to a null price, please allow the price field to be fill-in by the user
