22/12/01 - New Page called Critical Material Approval List #15

  1. This page for QA
  2. The page's purpose is to inform QA to sample/test the material and approve or reject the material.
  3. We hope this list will automatically create once an incoming critical material stock i.e: “Active – Main” , “Active – Secondary”, “Active – Tertiary, ” is register at “Incoming Stock”. (will further discuss with you regarding this)
  4. QA will need to approve the materials and assign a Good Register Number (GRN) to the item. According to GRN-mm/yy/xxxxx. Example : GRN-11/22/00001
  5. Once it is approved it will auto update the master stock mentioning it is approved.
