Flavor Request

I use tcl a lot and I would like to see a tcl flavor. I believe that tcl only uses basic regexes. Relevant documentation is here: https://www.tcl.tk/man/tcl8.6/TclCmd/regexp.htm

Tcl regexes are "extended REs" plus the Tcl flavoured "advanced REs"
