Typo in "What's New?" for version 8.5.9 #1985

Bug Description

When viewing the "What's new?" change log, the entry for version 8.5.9 says it's for January 2022 but should say January 2023.

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to https://regex101.com/
  2. Click what's new? in the top-right
