The original did not contain the information on Commodore 64 and other legacy systems that used CR. Why does the Russian translation need it?

Despite of you are cop, you are asking a good question! I can't propose changes to the English sources, so this is all what I can do at the moment. I think English descriptions need to be improved too. I agree it may be not so detailed, but it should be more exact than now.
