Tumour mouse: Z spectrum voxel by voxel #10

For DCE scans we have a VTC (voxel-based time curve) that would be handy when looking at Z Spectra.

Here's the first crack at it using the second mouse tumour from this week.

Any suggestions for modifications and enhancements ?

It's a little hard to make out most of the important things on this scale: Is the water ref in the same position ('Bo map')? Maybe a vertical black line inthe background could provide that reference to the eye? Is that amide peak larger or not? Might need to display the spectra after subtracting the huge water peak? Any of this should be tried maybe before it's woven into the core of this ...

I worked on this a bit more and tweaked some settings (and accounted for the sign convention, so now left most frequencies are positive and right most frequencies are negative), here is the result for a phantom:

very nice - this is a very dense way of displaying information but potentially quite powerful. Now we only need good data fast.
