Petclinic should have consistent CSS, using Material-UI or Bootstrap

hi, do you think we should be using Material-UI everywhere? For now, the home page is using Bootstrap and some of the other pages are using Material-UI.

hi @firasrg yes I'm still there but I have shifted to other things (have been doing a lot of DDD, Modulith and Spring AI recently). Sorry I wouldn't have the bandwidth to contribute to this anymore.
