Add ability to create a local repository? #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Can svnx create a local repository? (==svnadmin create [path for the new 
repository]

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
*svnx can add an existing repository but seems unable to initiate one.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
*OSX 10.6, svnx 1.0

Please provide any additional information below.
*When creating, can trunk, tag, branch folder can be added by default?  
*Or can the user specify folder configuration preference?

SvnX does not support svnadmin functionality.

Please ask questions at http://groups.google.com/group/svnx.

However, if this was a request for a future feature - then it would be valid.
Is this a feature that users want?

This feature has been completed & should appear in svnX 2.
