Methods which are on no resource/on the service won't be generated by the CodeGenerator #101

Methods like "Predict" in the Prediction-APo, which have no resource to which 
they belong, won't be generated by the CodeGenerator.

The Resource Decorators and Generators should also be performed on the service 
itself.
