We should provide an online documentation for our library and the generated 
services so that users can look into the documentation without having to start 
up their IDE.

One suggestion from me: We should update the XML Docs links in the APIs.wiki 
page (Tools/UpdateWikiLists/Wiki/APILibrariesPage.cs) to point to these 
generated HTML docs.
