Add NAnt-Tasks to copy the generated services to the Samples/ repository #85

The samples currently use a ServiceName.ServiceVersion.cs instead of a 
generated assembly. It would be nicer if the NAnt-Task would generate those 
service libraries as well as copy the Lib/ folder to the samples repository.

The samples repository should also be zipped and added to the contrib release.
