Here comes some suggestions while doing the dryrun:

Include a command to download product data via cli.
Add an architecture diagram. Ref. example here
In step 3 - add a suggestion of image and instance to use. E.g. Data Science 3.0 and ml.t3.medium.

Change 1: instead of downloading the dataset I have compressed it as tar.gz inside the data folder.

Change 2: Add steps to use kernel and image while using sagemaker studio

Additional idea:

When running print(docs) in notebook we could use pandas to check if answer from model is correct (filter pandas with item_id)?
include instruction on how to open streamlit on sagemaker studio ../proxy/8501
