Switch to Monarcy is too fast #152

In original need to pass some turns to switch to Monarchy

Not necessarily.

It depends on what turn you choose for Revolution.

According to this, anarchy ends every 4 turns and there is a list of which years will result in anarchy only lasting 1 turn.

Should be tested with original CIV.
