Can't exit attempt by barbarian leader to bribe human unit #9

Barbarian leader attempted to move onto one of my diplomats. I got an 'attempt to bribe' message, and I could not get out.

  1. Barbarian leader shouldn't move onto my unit
  2. Barbarians don't bribe
  3. Should have been able to get out.
