Shows wrong encoding in file descriptions for Persian language #10

I've enabled EPUB Archives & checked both Sort images alphabetically and Show archive indicator boxes. The problem is, after enabling DarkThumbs, it shows some strange encoding instead of the file name in Hover (file information popup).

Thank you for the report! Could you upload or provide a link to a small epub file in Persian?
