[feature request] Support for DJVU files #11

Please add preview for djvu and mobi files

Quick Google / Stackoverflow check : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/24233834/getting-cover-image-from-a-mobi-file

So mobi is a binary format, not archive with some metadata file like epub

Issue title may be extended to more "Kindle" formats like AZW, AZW3, KFX or other formats like prc or fb2

Support for MOBI thumbnails added in V1.3.
