  1. Fixes create-thumb stack overflow which occurs with EPUBs containing a large number of files.
  2. Fixes fetch-title stack overflow which occurs with EPUBs containing a large number of files.
  3. Improved performance.
  4. Add webp as a supported image format.
  5. General cleanup, CBXShell references to DarkThumbs.
