A specific instance:

Is someone marked quotis livingquot when likely to be dead? a. Person is married, but their spouse is already dead, and the spouse's date-of-death (DOD) is more than 100 years ago. b. Person has children, but one or more children are dead and the child's DOD is more than 100 years ago
