Cancel button in New/Import doesn't return to open family #38

The cancel buttons in the New and Import dialogs return to the quotwelcomequot dialog. This is fine on app start, but not the desired behavior after a family has already been opened.

Open a family file Select the 'New' menu. In the quotNewquot dialog, click cancel

Observe that the quotwelcomequot dialog is now visible: the cancel in step 3 should have returned to the family opened after step 1.

Same issue for the quotLocalizationquot dialog that appears when using the quotImportquot menu.
