Shadows When Printing #5

Although the shadow people (i.e., CIA, NSA) are nice, it would be better if we had the option to hide them when printing the tree.

Also, how come dead people (outlined) don't have outlined shadows? :-)

Added a menu item to the print menu to allow the user to turn on/off the shadows.

An outlined shadow is a won't-fix ..
