Fix Grid style in Silver theme #57

The current style for the family list grid is inconsistent for the Silver theme. Ideally it should more closely match the lower grid style in the quotFamily Dataquot view.

The attached RTF shows the two grids in question in Silver theme. It would be nice if both grids had an alternating row style which was appropriate for the silver theme.

See Details.xaml. FamilyListView is the grid. The style is specified in-place and by quotFamilyListViewDataGridStylequot. Need to specify a style in such a way as both Silver and Black themes still look good.

Please look at the check in on the Experimental branch. Check both black and silver themes, since metro theme is getting redone.
