Unable to Import .famlily (Family.Show v2) Files #73

Hi, When trying to import a .family file extension, I get the prompt that the file will be converted to the newer formats. I agree to it and it does back to the options of New, Open amp Import Gedcom.

I have attached a screenshot of the conversion message. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties. We'll dig into the compatibility support ASAP. In the meantime, if you could upload a .family file that fails, it could expedite things. If you don't want to make a public post, I can provide alternative contact details.
