Crashes when opening a familyx file #78

ISSUE: Family Lines 0.4 crashes when opening a .familyx file by double-clicking on it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Double click on a familyx file 2, After double-clicking the file you receive the error message quotKith and Kin has stopping workingquot

NOTES: I appears that the 0.4 install sets the default application from opening a .familyx file to quotKith and Kin.exequot. In addition, the sample directory after install is quotdocuments/KithAndKin/quot.
