Test "Show in Windows Explorer" - device not available and related #23

Explorer would appear, but at 'my computer'.

Fixed to do nothing if the device in question was not mounted.

Next: confirm that mounted device is the SAME as that of the selected item!

Next: confirm what happens if the item to be found has been deleted from the file system since the scan.
