Retry/recover from db delete failure #41

Failure to delete the existing database file does not recover and continue.

File was open in another process (but no evidence of where).

  1. Insure all db closing will take place.
  2. Need a diagnostic saying which process has the file locked.
  3. Need to catch the exception and write the db elsewhere (and remember!)
