Removing last instance of tag: remove from "master" list? #10

When viewing the tagwin for a directory ...

If the only image in the directory has a given tag 'x', and 'x' tag is removed from that image ...

Should 'x' disappear from the directory's "master list"? Or move to some sort of "history" list?
