🐛 [flutterfire_ui] Add flutterfire_ui tests to the CI #51

Description

There are already tests for flutterfire_ui in the repository: https://github.com/firebase/flutterfire/tree/master/packages/flutterfire_ui/example.

However, there aren't part of the CI. We should add them also to the CI to ensure better stability.

I will implement this when firebase/flutterfire#9649 is merged 👍
