Wonder how to add this to CI/CD.

Scenarios Tested

FIREBASE_DATACONNECT_URL=https://staging-firebasedataconnect.sandbox.googleapis.com FBTOOLS_TARGET_PROJECT=fredzqm-staging npm run test:dataconnect-deploy

Sample Commands

Will follow up with a PR to add this to CI, and then add it to the required checks (after verifying its consistently passing)
