Why would Firebase developers be interested in this project?:

same reason as Firelord https://github.com/firebase/firebaseopensource.com/issues/234

except that this is for Web and it wraps around Firestore V9 API with more advanced ts typing

Btw, have you heard of Google Dev Library? You might want to consider submitting your projects to that site too (if you haven't already).
