The Preview Camera moves slowly even though I edited "requestedFps" to max.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run MLKit project
2. Select LivePreviewActivity
3. Select Text Detection

Observed Results:

• The Preview Camera moves slowly

Expected Results:

• Camera moves fast
