selector for language #3

can you provide option for change language not only china but can be Japanese to english ?

Ok in the future I'll create a menu. Right now, just change one line 'https://www.deepl.com/translator#ZH/EN/%0A' to 'https://www.deepl.com/translator#JA/EN/%0A'
