Issue #44 - Removed Bootstrap and added a generic btn style #47

Couple of comments:

  1. The image thumbnails are not properly visible now (see the screenshot) pp1
  2. The border around the thumbnails is gone
  3. Background of 'Add Layer' button is gone when hovering it

@janodvarko Thanks I'll take a look and update. What OS were you testing on? The icons look fine on OS X Yosemite...

I am testing on Win7 (OS X Yosemite looks fine for me too)

Anyone with Win OS can also test this?
