Do you see any error messages? (e.g. in the Browser Console? Ctrl+Shift+J)

These error are not related.

Are you sure you are running 2.0.11? (note that it isn't published on AMO yet, you need to install the xpi attached to the release notes on github.com, see the link I posted).

If there's anything else I can look at as a possible cause for a bug. Any known extension conflicts?

I don't know about any extension conflicts, but trying fresh new Firefox profile could help! I tested Firefox 45, Win10 64 and it just works for me. What could be different in our configs....?

FYI...I disabled each and every one of my addons to resolve the possible conflict....NADA...still wont work

The problem is that I can't reproduce the problem on my machine.

One more question, what page are you using the addon with?

(I am using google.com)

FYI....the PerfecPixel extension had the same issue. Apparently a critical bug in FF's last release version.

They submitted a fix which worked. You might want to talk to them about the technical details.

Hi Nero Not sure about bug number. Simply old code stopped working with new version of Firefox. I have to replace

return require('sdk/net/xhr').XMLHttpRequest()

with

var XmlHttpRequest = require('sdk/net/xhr').XMLHttpRequest; return new XmlHttpRequest();
