[Cookie] clear all cookie issue #170

1. Clear all cookies in the cookie manager isn't working.

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

2. To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Cookie manager'
  2. add a few cookies
  3. Try to clear all cookies.
