I've added two scripts to run the Nair_Lauritzen test cases, one with a non-divergent flow field, and the other with a divergent flow field. Each script has scalar field options of two cosine bells, two gaussian humps, or two slotted cylinders.

Hi Tom, I've made the changes as requested. I've set the dumpfreq to be at the end of each day, over the full simulation time of 12 days.
