Updated dependency:

pyqt-feedback-flow to 0.3.0
updated code to PyQt6 (replaced PyQt dependencies) also updated use of PyQt6 QWebChannel, QWebEngineView
added .bat (development\ui_to_py.bat) so that GUI2.ui can more easily be used with Windows systems for development purposes

Please also release new pypi. So that the software can be tested on actual device.
