Can't scroll sidebar on mobile

Description

I upgraded to the latest version (6.1.0) and now I can't scroll the sidebar on mobile. When I open the hamburger menu and scroll, it just scrolls the main content. I'm using Chrome on Android.

Steps to reproduce

Load the main page. Open the sidebar & try to scroll down.

Additional info

I can't seem to reproduce it on the demo site. There the sidebar scrolls down with the main content. But on my instance the sidebar stays fixed while the main content scrolls.
