display the internet speed #45

While using a browser, by clicking on the add-on, the internet speed must be displayed instead of going to speedtest.net all the time

Created an empty repo< https://github.com/firefox-addons/speed-checker >. will be pushing a sample code and host it under hacktoberfest.
