creating an addon for making automatic data visualization of browser usage

from my point of sight it would be interesting to create an addon that would allow to:

this could and should including several statistical data ranging from:

cookies extracted data;
time spent on each site
etc, etc, etc

this should be done using the following frameworks:

Uber deck.gl
google tensorflow

there should also be a section where users can:

share data with mozilla for improving browser experience
