A redesign of the RDM Settings panel which includes these screens:

New Settings panel design with Photon styling and updated device list
- Both with and without custom devices added
New add device UI
New edit device UI
- Including hover-to-edit/delete interaction for custom devices

This has been made into an Invision prototype and filed into Bugzilla for implementation. Great work Kristin!
