Changes to nl_NL translation file:

add missing translations from the de_DE translation file and translate these to Dutch
correct errors and improve wording in existing translations
sort file

Thank you very much for the PR. Can you please revert the sorting, so the changes are easier to see? Or put them in a different commit

I have split the changes into 4 separate commits, so it should now be more straightforward to see what I did :-)

Can you please take a look at this?

BTW Splitting the changes into separate commits revealed some errors in the sorting, and helped me to finetune some of the translations.
