Fooman email attchement wont send the invoice PDFs with Standard Germany pdf engine #355

The email with the pdf invoice doesnt get delivered when in Firegento the Standard Germany is selected as PDF engine. When selecting the Standard Magento PDF engine then invoice email is delivered to customer including PDF invoice attatched (the ugly one)
