HeatWave visual studio extension feature "Upgrade to wix v4" does not convert wix projects to v4, instead converts them to v5 #70

Visual Studio Version

17.8.2 (vs 2022)

Repro Steps

  1. Install the HeatWave extension for visual studio 2022
  2. Right click on any wix v3 project
  3. Then click on "Upgrade to wix v4"

Actual Result

1) Observe that the upgraded projects now use wix 5.0.1 instead of wix 4.*

Expected Result

1) Able to upgrade my WiX project to v4 instead of v5 when using option "Upgrade to wix v4"
