Requires firehose/rails immediately if Rails::Engine is defined #10

By requiring firehose/rails directly from firehose.rb asset pipeline includes work out of the box. The guard should prevent this from breaking in non-Rails environments.

Thanks! I bumped the gem up a version so you don't have to link to the git repo from your Gemfile.
