IE8 and 9 are dying a slow death, but they work fine with HTTP long polling. Firefox, Chrome, and Safari have caught up enough to use the final draft of websockets, so lets remove the SWF polyfil to make the app less complex and more secure.

Fixed in version 1.2.2
