Move Firehose ruby client into gem #59

Extract the Firehose Ruby client code from the firehose gem and move into its own repo, then release as the firehose-client gem. This will reduce the number of dependencies needed for projects that want to publish messages to Firehose.

Client gem should live at https://github.com/firehoseio/ruby
