log and daemonize options #8

I am attempting to run firehose in a production env. We're just trying to get a proof-of-concept up and running.

After some thought I agree that the application probably shouldn't handle daemonization. I use foreman often but forgot it had the ability to export start/stop/restart scripts. I attempted to export an inittab script but didn't have much success. Ended up finding an init.d template somewhere that I modified.
