After I starting miner the gpu error and windows error "Application xmr-stak.exe has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware". You can download your miner with my settings in files here http://dropmefiles.com/jBXSk Win 10, 3x 1080Ti.

I always run it as administrator

increase bfactor or dectease threads in nvidia.txt

Possibly some of this as well (obviously not AMD driver stuff, but the power manglement settings and etc)

I have increased bfactor from 6 to 8 and decreased Threads from 54 to 30. And Now its working fine. Thanks @psychocrypt

i am getting the same message with my rx vega 64.
